We recommend at least once a year. This provides consistent protection from harmful buildup of algae, mildew, mold and other microorganisms.
How long does power washing take?
Every property is unique. Time depends on size, amount of buildup and the landscape of the property.
How is power washing priced?
It depends on square footage, the scope of work and materials used. We provide free virtual estimates, digital scheduling with reminders and digital invoicing.
Does power washing increase the value of my property?

My insurance company is requiring a roof wash, can you help?
Yes. We can provide documentation of the service for your insurance company.
Do I need to be home for my service?
No. We will notify you digitally of our arrival and departure. Just make sure windows and doors are closed.
What time will you arrive?
We provide an arrival window once you are scheduled. If your project is time constrained, let us know and we will accommodate you.
How will I know when a team member is on the way?
You will be notified by text and email when a team member is en route.
What happens if it rains on my day of service?
We typically work in the rain, but if weather will be disruptive we will contact you with a rain date.
What is a house wash?
A house wash uses low pressure and biodegradable cleaners to remove dirt, algae, mildew and other microorganisms from your home's exterior.
Do you clean windows?
The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during house washing. We do not squeegee or hand dry them.
What is a roof treatment?
Commonly called a "roof wash," a specialized algaecide is applied at low pressure to eliminate moss, lichen and black streaks without structural damage.
Do you remove moss from my roof?
Physically removing moss is generally not recommended. Our treatment neutralizes moss and lichen at the roots so they fall off naturally over time.
How long until moss falls off after a roof treatment?
Most roofs see results within 4-6 weeks, depending on severity and environment.
Will you remove oil/rust stains or tire marks from my driveway?
Standard washing may lighten them but is not designed to remove inorganic marks. Ask about our specialty services.
